In a time long past, the oppressed sparked a rebellion with the aid of a "box" introduced by a stranger.
With time, these once subjugated individuals thrived as the prestigious Seven Noble Families. Yet, the Shiki, at the helm of this lineage, faced a dilemma due to the absence of male successors. This led them to welcome a young man from beyond their borders to continue their legacy.
This young man was named Yasaka Kurou.
His encounter with Kyouko, the Shiki's eldest daughter, started a unique connection. Despite their vastly different lives, a mutual attraction soon blossomed between them.
And on their wedding day—a nightmare was born.
